Absolute worst customer service I have ever received! i called a reserved my table and chair rental 3 weeks in advance and was promised they would be dropped off at noon at the location of my party. I called around 12:30 making sure they didn't forget about me, the guy who i believe is the owner said he was running behind on his deliveries and again promised he would be there by 2:00 with tables and chairs. by 3:30 i had called two or three times and left messages that i was waiting and worried and had 100+ guest arriving soon. He finally answered my third call at 4:15 and asked again for my address, then explained to me that he wasn't aware my address was outside of Yakima city (gleed 5 minutes past Fred Myer at the most) and he would not deliver that far. I was very upset and said had he let me know this at noon i could have made arrangements.although he had my address the entire three weeks up until the party. he then proceeded to ask me to come to Yakima at his next delivery and pick them up if i wanted them!! I heard about this company from my friend who lives about a mile down the road from me OUTSIDE of Yakima city limits where he had delivered tables and chairs two weekends before, so moral of the story he ran out of time and decided he didn't deliver to my address because he had no time and left me hanging! I would NEVER do business with these people and highly suggest that no one else does either

This is a very very bad rental company. I would never recommend this place to any friends or famly. They have very bad customer service and do not stickto their reservations. I give them zero stars!!! (unfortunately I have to mark at least one)
