Sunnyvale chevron runs a full service car wash. The car was within their hands for over 45 minutes and was not attended to as advertised by the service provider. the 45 min. wait is extreme in its own right. after the car came out of the wash, the car sat drying on its own. I later complained that I was waiting a long time and pointed out that the car was left to dry on its own, there were leaves that weren't wiped away. I requested to have the car ran through the car wash or provide a refund. The owner kept on nicking on my paint with his nails and i requested him to stop, that he was going to scratch a brand new car. during my wait on a car that wasn't being attended to, I saw several other customers cars that were handed back to the owners without completing the wash as noted by the station. the owner refused to provide the wash again or provide a refund. He immediately told me to go to the wash across the street and they will take care of me. I left the premises and went to lozano's to get my car washed again. waited 15minutes and had cleaned the car that Sunnyvale Chevron noted that required a detail job.
