I returned back after oil change to get the brakes and front struts on my 2009 Benz S550 with dealer parts at 1/2 the labor time. Their promo on struts was $99 each - absolutely amazing deal. The shop gave me good service on wheel alignment which typically I use to pay $129 elsewhere but at diagnostics they charged $79 -surprisingly a great deal. I loved their repair rates for my car and found Bobi their manager to go out of his way to check my car thoroughly. I appreciated the service and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My Volkswagen Jetta broke down on freeway, got towed over to Auto-plaza around 6pm. Nearly all shops here had closed and I was gonna be stuck i thought. I saw Diagnostics Unlimited as they were winding down. Meeting the guys who work here was truly the height of customer service I felt. They went out of their way to diagnose. Even gave me a loaner car. Next day I got a call from Boby that there was nothing wrong with my car and the battery had not enough charge. They charged it overnight and did not charge me a single cent. It was a fab experience all the way.

I have a 1990 Jaguar xj6 and my car was still running rough after I changed oil, filter, spark plug wires in santa clara. I was told it needed more work and I did not feel like spending any more. I searched Groupon and ran into Diagnostics Unlimited. I took my car for a diagnosis second opinion, had to wait a bit, as the place was full of cars. They did the eval and it turned out that the injectors were literally taped by the previous place. They repaired the seals and asked me to get warranty on the wires as they were shorting out. I took it back and got the new wires. That resolved the issues on my car. I generally hate the bill on the European cars but I was happy to find a decent repair place after all. It was worth the drive from San Jose!

I have always taken my cars to them they always check the car out completey and find things wrong that I was unaware of they drive me home and pick me up or give me a loaner in my eyes they are number one in my book and I will always bring my car to them they have very food cutover service
