Been going there few years and never had a problem until now. The wife was going to have her husband check our taxes then confirm with us the final amount before sending and instead they submitted them without letting us know..i call the next day to ask not to send them as i wanted a second opinion from another place and she said don't worry they have not been sent and will not send them until you let us know (this was saturday) today Monday i talked to the husband and he also said they werent sent and he understands how i want to get a second opinion and after calling him again to get my copies i was just told they were sent on Friday....why they have to lie are they not aware of what they are doing and telling the customers? this is so unproffesional...they tell you one thing then they tell you something else.......so disappointed on them and after i recommended so many of my friends to them....WOW! never again
