Dr. Koike awarded the diplomate status in chiropractic neurology(DACNB) in 2012. There are over 100,000 chiropractors in the US alone but only few hundreds of them has qualified as DACNB and Dr. Koike is currently only one in Sunnyvale.
Dr. Koike is also a certified Athletic Trainer and specialized in Sports Medicine. Dr. Koike utilizes cutting-edge myofascial techniques to deal with sports injuries and/or chronic injuries such as Active Release Techniques and Graston Techniques adjunct to chiropractic adjustment. Dr. Koike also provide some home exercise program or rehabilitation which are unique to patient condition and their fitness level.
As a specialist of functional neurology and sports medicine, Dr. Koike has successfully treated the patient from sports injuries to complicated neurological cases.
