I have bee going to this shop since around 1988 after I bought my first Acura. It was highly recommended by a trusted friend. After some 21 years of driving Acuras and having them serviced here, I have yet to ever be disappointed in any of their work.



First and foremost, they are meticulously honest. If something can go another 4000+ miles SAFELY before replacing it, they let you know that, rather than fix it now adding to your bill right then. They do not play the sales game.



They are terrific Honda/Acura specialists with Honda training. Their work is accepted by Honda as being done by the equivalent of a Honda/Acura dealer. They have been certified as such.



Their work is always of the highest quality so that when it leaves the shop you can be confident that it has been really fixed correctly with the correct parts. Also, I know that if this same problem were fixed by the Acura dealer that it would cost considerably more.



This has been verified by any umber of people to who I referred Kaloci and Son. In one case, a friend was saved over $2500 from the dealer estimate. I have received numerous thanks from my referrals for sending them there and NEVER has anyone complained about anything other than a longer wait than desired at times due to a large faithful following who would go nowhere else. I know that i have referred well over a hundred people in the last 21 years and i know a good many have gone there and still go there. They won't buy any car other than an Acura or Honda and lose the kind of service Kaloci & Son provide.



The original owner, Joe Kaloci, sold the business to the present owner about 10-12 years ago. The new owner had worked for Joe for quite a few years and was trained by him. It shows as none of the good stuff has gone away. I still remain very satisfied, all-around.



Before Joe left, I asked him if he felt confident that the business would be carried on in the same tradition. He told me unequivocally, that if he had not felt 100% confident in that it would, he would never have sold it to him and that before he would have allowed all his customers to be at the mercy of someone of lesser quality, he woul never have allowed his name to stay with the business and might just have closed and sold the tools and equipment to someone, or even piecemeal, and let his customers know that Kaloci was closed. And he would never have sold the rights to his name remaining a part of the business. He was very proud of what he had built there. He had every reason to be proud. I am sure that he is still very proud of the current business today. And dare I say, he has every good reason to be proud of how his original business is operated today. As we parted that day, he stopped, turned around and came back over and said to me "You know, it wouldn't surprise me if he does even better than I did." For me that said it all,



If you have a Honda or an Acura, try'em, you'll love'em.
