I came here expecting japanese food, it looks like they changed owners and they serve Ramen now. I was here for lunch on a thursday. It wasn't too busy the nice waitress told me that they just opened. I had the Seafood Ramen - which was very good - good broth consistency, nice falvor and good size portions. Decent selection of Japanese drinks and beer. I will come back for lunch because i work around the corner. I would also reccomend this place for small size parties - there are probably 10 to 12 tables total so the place is not big. The only drawback is parking, but they are not too blame, I am pretty used to this in downtown sunnyvale.
