Relax The Back has all the furniture and back-saving "inventions" you could want to improve your comfort. It is not a physical therapy service.

I worked at the Relax The Back store in Sunnyvale for about 3 months. I found out that their business has had about 1 employee every three months in the 12 months they've been in business. FYI, I have worked jobs for 3-4 years with my previous employers, with an above average to excellent work performance ratings. In my opinion and observation, the owners don't know how to treat employees, and both have a lot of personal problems. The owners are conducting their relationship and all their baggage at the workplace, while trying to run a business. Ultimately, the employees suffer and were put to blame for the owners idiosyncratic BS. Every time their was a challenging customer, the negative mudslinging and badmouthing went on for hours and sometimes days afterward. The same held true of the remarks made about previous employees, mudslinging and badmouthing people who hadn't worked for the business in months.

I would NOT recommend this place and be very cautious before accepting work at this store.
