-Terrible customer service! Even worse, the quality of the spas. I've owned my tub for slightly over 2 years and have had the technician out 2x. You can take all the savings from a regular retailer and put it towards maintenance fees. Make sure you look at the warranty too. It covers NOTHING! Had to pay both times for parts and a trip fee too. I wish I had read the reviews on other sites before settling on an $8,000 investment,



Bottom Line.... Stay Away!!
