Never got past the office staff. They were extremely rude. I will never use them for any service in my home

Every experience with Dave has been excellent and fair in price as well! He is a kind man and very knowledgeable.

We called Dave"s appliance service to check out are refrigerator and we waited all day for him to come and it was late in the evening. When he came he removed six screws from the rear of the fridge and said that it is not worth fixing then he handed me a service charge for sixty nine dollars and left. The next day i seen where the freon was leaking so i discharged the system and removed the valve that is used to recharge the system and found a small gasket that was the cause of the leak. I replaced the gasket and recharged the system and my problem was solved. This company needs to be more honest in what they are selling to the public. I would not recommend Dave"s appliance service to any one .

I'm fairly new to the lake and was told horror stories about getting service people to come out and do anything. When my microwave stopped working I took a chance and called the closest appliance repair place, which was Dave's. He said he could come out that very morning and showed up a short time later. Needless to say, I was very pleased! After quoting me the cost to fix it, he even suggested it might be better to replace it. I really appreciated the good service and honesty. I will definitely be referring this guy to my neighbors.

Good service is hard to find at the lake. Well, Dave's has it all.
He's there when he said he would be and will fix it or tell you
honestly that it's to replace it and not waste your money on a
repair. Need more like him.
