Couldn’t give 0 stars. My child has cerebral palsy and is blind. Waiting the entire summer for her wheelchair. Called 7/12/2018 to say it would be 2-3 weeks before delivery. Tomorrow is 4 weeks and still no chair. Called and was put on hold, sent to voicemail. Never got a call back. Called next day and spent a long time on hold trying to find an answer. Delivery ticket was created but never delivered! It’s my child and is important, to this company it’s just another task! So sad! Still no confirmed delivery date! Shame! Shame! Find someone who cares about the customer and their needs. Being trapped without a wheelchair for so long is cruel!!!!

Ability Medical is extremely helpful and they go above and beyond to assist you. They worked very hard for me always there to help and answer any questions I had. I received my new chair and it’s been a blessing. Thank you Charlie and Amanda you are fantastic at what you do! Highly recommend Ability Medical.

I have had dealings with Ability Medical Supply a number of times over the past few years. I highly recommend them. They are fast, efficient, nice and go above and beyond what is expected of them. They also have great prices for things that are not covered by insurance. I give them 2 thumbs up / 5 stars and my thanks!!!
