Not a good place to work. -Very disorganized and no training at all. -Wage is very low for the work expected to be performed. A lot of tasks for a low wage salary!!!-Payment is in monthly basis no biweekly as USA companies.-Extremely unclear hierarchy responsibilities. Every body wants to be your boss.-French owners have double face. They give you options for events but they disagree with the option that doesn't suit them. They talk on your back not in front of you face to face!!-People very unprofessional. Talk too loud and gossip a lot and without respect to their colleagues. - Small and open office area. No privacy. Everybody sees each other from their desks. No cubicles. Desk are very small. -Very poor people management-Manager lacks of people management skills the same as owners.-There is no HR Dept. so there is no place to talk about company concerns.
