First time I was there was great. I ordered the dress I wanted. The wrong dress came in 2 months later. It was too big (i've always been flat chested and they told me that I lost weight when I've weighed 120 for the past 10 years). The dress did not have the tied up corsett like i ordered. In order to order the correct one they made us pay for the dress IN FULL. So we paid $1300 for a dress that I didn't even have. The jamaican trifling lady said it would come in 3 weeks (end of August). I called at the end of the month and they said it had not come in and that the lady marked in the computer that it would come in September. I told them I was lied too I'm not crazy. It finally comes in October 4. I can't try it on until Nov because I'm out of the country. The jamaican lady there earlier this summer tied through her teeth telling me she would ship it to me if she has to. I have yet to see if their seamstress is any good but I've read a review that she's mediocre and overpriced. I'm fed up of that place.

Horrible experience. The service there was extremely poor - they tried to send me home with a very wrinkled wedding dress, and when we commented on it; they came up with a solution of steaming it ourselves the day of. (this was after they tried to convince us that satin wrinkled this much). Finally, spoke with corporate- they got involved and they decided to press my stress (as they should have all along). Four days before the wedding, they lost one of my bridesmaids dresses. I'm not sure if the seamstress is overworked - but the manager didn't seem to care. She was trying to cut corners more than the seamstress (joy) was!!! I am so disappointed and would not recommend to anyone - not if you want to PREVENT stress before your wedding day.

The entire experience with this store was a complete disaster. Everything went wrong. Dresses did not come in on time; the wrong things were ordered and shipped by their incompetent staff due to the staff's own clerical errors in keying in orders; delivery dates were missed...and their staff, including corporate, was rude and completely lackluster in even attempting to rectify the situation. While the quality of some of their items may be decent for a bridal salon mill as compared to others, it is still NOT WORTH IT to even waste your time with this store, as they make the entire "bride-to-be" experience horrible.
