The furniture is nice but that is where nice begins and ends. The customer delivery service is terrible. I payed the final portion of my bill on their payment portal and was able to choose times for delivery - OR - so I was led to believe. But once paid in full, I noted it had ignored the times I chose and slotted me in for between 5pm -midnight. I immediately called the sales person who sold me the furniture and she promised she would correct that for me. To be fair, she attempted to, but just as the system failed to give me what I signed up for, it apparently ignored her as well. When I called back to find out when my couch would be delivered they told me it was too late and that my furniture was slotted for between 5 pm and midnight - and they said there was absolutely Nothing they could do. Nothing! They would not even insure that I was closer to the 5 pm hour although the mess up was entirely the fault of the company. I was just informed that the furniture is being delivered betwe
