These folks did not do anything after taking their fee and allowed a speeding summons to go unaddressed.
I advise everyone whose had similar experiences with them to contact the Bar Association and complain of these issues. They can get fined for such repeated offenses, distrusting and unethical activities and possible be disbarred, which is hopefully something they should have done immediately and not be allowed to practice law even a traffic ticket. Golden Traffic Ticket contacted me and offered to represent me. They were not able to offer the guarantee due to the speed (> 20 mph over limit). I was a bit skeptical when told this but I realized why. The office staff I interacted with was pleasant and professional. The firm kept me informed throughout the process. In the end they were able to get my ticket completely dismissed. Their fee was minimal compared to the fine and potential points (insurance increase) I was facing.

Do not use this attorney. Got no points and no school, but a simple letter to the judge asking for that would have gotten me that and a reduced fine. He is more expensive than his competitors and will not give you a result you will be happy with. Do yourself a favor and just show up to court and be polite and you will walk away with a much better result.

Absolutely a thief! They are liars. They don't do anything but rob your pocket. They tell you one thing on phone and do something else. Just don't fall for them.

Don't hire these guys, just pay the ticket. I gave them $125 to represent me for a $161 ticket, and I ended up paying $161. Called for their money back guarantee and the guy was rude and said that since I didn't have to pay for traffic school ($35) they wouldn't refund my money. A total waste.

This place turned a $120 red light camera ticket to $270! plus there $85 fee. They DO NOT HONOR there 100% money back guarantee. Instead they are very rude and condescending. They insist that they saved me from getting points but on the ticket itself I wouldn't received any in the first place! SCAM!!! save your money I should've just paid

Do not hire this firm. Pay your ticket, go to driving school and save yourself the money they will charge you to reach the same conclusion. They are getting rich from people who are scared and confused, I find that disgusting!

DO NOT use this business! I paid them for nothing! I was promised the world, (nothing guaranteed..of course), and all I got was ripped off. I have only been in Florida 3 months so I don't know the laws here but I know now that all I had to do was pay the ticket and go to driving school and that would have taken care of the points. John Golden had the nerve to send me a letter praising himself for having the judge find me NOT guilty BUT I still have to go to driving school and pay the ticket! I have never felt more ripped off than I do right now. I could have done both of those things on my own and not paid John Golden for nothing! Did I mention that when I told him this was my first ticket in over 20 years he was sure the judge would take that into account. Guess what?! He was wrong. Pay your ticket, go to school and do not pay them to line their pockets and do nothing for you!
