They don't deserve any stars in my opinion. I was told 45 mins. And I sat there for two hours and still don't have my nails done. I will NEVER go back there. In used to own a salon, and in my opinion, that was horrible. I don't have a lot of time and wanted to pamper myself, instead I walked out so angry. 45 mins to 2 hours is a big difference.
