Great service from this guys very on time and fix my power window in no time same day as I called thanks again

had my motor replaced in my window in October. I was satisfied with the work, however the tech left alot of tar on my white BMW. I was told I had a 2 year warranty and all was well. A short 1 month later my window was getting stuck, squeaking, and making horrible noise. I was pretty sure it was that messy tar tampering with it. I texted the tech a few times with no response. I called and he managed to pick up. I let him know what was going on and we scheduled a day for him to come and check out the window. I sent him a text to verify and never heard back. No call, no show. I later sent him another text letting him know his work was supposed to be under warranty and he isn't even standing by his appointment. I called him a few more times and he started sending my calls to voicemail. I've never heard from him again. Run fast, they'll do a sloppy job and will never come back.
