The Renzo Gracie Jiu Jitsu Academy and Training Center has an outstanding Martial Arts program and an amazing conditioning class.I have been training there for two years. I started with Muay Thai and know im doing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and the conditioning class also.I love how my body and overall health have improved. they offer variety of programs that fits everybody needs. what I love the most is that they are the only academy in the area that offers a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class only for Women's!!! I have learn how to defend myself against a bigger opponent using amazing technique.
