Ordered flowers to be delivered to my wife's work place, due to my own fault delivery man was unable to leave the flowers, I called the shop and they happily redelivered them for no extra cost. Wife loved the flowers, will use them again.

If you think it's normal that cut flowers should die before 7 days, then this is the shop for you. I called my Credit Card company and they were charged 2/1/16. Anyhow, I received the flowers on 2/2/16, and they were dead at least by the 7th, if not the 6th. I called on the 8th to complain to the manager or owner, and the guy says "That's what happens with cut flowers they die, you should have bought a live plant they'll last a year or more". I told him it wasn't even a week, and that "all" of the flowers were dead, not just some of them (8 red roses, some daisies, and for some odd reason 1 red carnation) and he said "well it will be one week tomorrow". I then told him that I've never bought cut flowers that don't last at least a week. He promised to send another bouquet tomorrow, but we'll have to see how long they last. Stay away from this company, as they obviously don't know anything about customer service, or apparently flowers either. SEE PIC I POSTED OF 6 DAY OLD FLOWERS
