What makes Simply Natural unique is the level of knowledge the owners have about their products, that they listen to what you may have going on or what goals you have or why you want X supplement and then make thorough recommendations.

Many of the products are top of the line. So yes, for some things the prices are higher than lower quality brands I may be able to find at a chain or online. But often, when I look at the actual quantity of capsules and/or the number of capsules to take, the differential often isn't that much. The higher quality brands that I use seem to provide more so in the end I'm paying very close to what I would anyway.


What's been key for me is their knowledge as I said, the owners personally research and select all the products they carry so they know a lot about them. And the time savings on this is great because yes, I sometimes buy supplements online but I obviously don't get all the information I get in the store and it can take quite a bit of time to choose the right brand and seller after reading review after review online.


Overall, great service and great products which keeps me coming back. When I have extra time, I like to go next door to the organic restaurant, pick up a fresh juice or meal as well, then do my supplement shopping while waiting for the food to be ready which is a nice time saver for me.

I was sold several items at prices way higher than they are going for online. The owner kept trying to act like he was helping me by telling me items were on sale and reducing them for me... which should have been a red flag. A 2 ounce bottle of Lavender oil is $25 and the Tea Tree Oil is $19. I asked "why the prices of the oils are so high to the sales associate, when I can get them at Wal-mart for under $10", and she told me the ones at Wal-mart are synthetic. Today I checked the prices of the items I have and the prices are way lower. You can get the same exact quality products somewhere else for less money. Needless to say I will never go back there. Not to mention, when I was there the police was called on the owner by one of the customers and it wasn't the first time.
