I moved to this place a year ago. I was going through some financial down time and this place was really the only one that I could afford, needless to say, I’m going on three years now. Though the apartment was not up to date, I made it home. The rooms are spacious, I got a nice view, and the community is accessible to nearby commercial shopping. I am comfortable in my home, but the maintenance of this development is horrific. You have a property manager (Viky) that knows nothing and does nothing. When you need something fix, it takes weeks before someone actually come to fix it, and it’s only after you’ve made several reminder calls.
Nothing is been properly monitored over there. People park wherever they want, put trash outside of the trash containers, hang clothes on their balcony, there are windows still boarded from the hurricane, trash around the mailboxes, and tapes all over window areas. And oh, let me not mention all the potholes and cracks on the steps. The list can go on and on... Visitor parking turn into residence parking, and lot of parking spaces are been swap around. Lots of favoritism are happening where you are told that nothing can be done for you. This development is 90% Hispanic; it’s either you speak Spanish or nothing gets done. Without notice, management access your apartment.
This place could be a gem, however, management along with the workers run it down.
It’s time to move on… And I hate moving.

Worst place on earth to live. The building maintenance is deplorable. Sidewalks are always full of duck feces and God knows what else. As the review below stated the parking is atrocious. You are assigned parking spots two to three buildings away from the building you reside in. I've seen elderly and pregnant people have to walk miles in the rain carrying items from their spots to their apartments. The office manager Vicki is clueless and unprofessional. Interesting how she's the only one in the entire complex that parks directly in front of her apartment, yet she claims she has no control of the parking assignments. I would not recommend this revolting complex to my worst enemy. BEWARE!!

Warning: Do not move here. While increasing rent may be normal even in a place where appliances and dwellings are old and never updated. The parking situation is deplorable. There are only a few guest spots for hundreds of units. They are all up front to create the illusion of a standard parking situation. Neighbors fight for guest parking and have to have cars towed when their spot is the last left and gets taken. Also the tow truck company can tow your vehicle if you break one of the twenty parking rules. And they will with out remorse. If an older or pregnant woman parks for a second to take groceries in she will be towed and if you catch them towing they extort you on the spot so they can pocket the cash (illegal.) AND WORSE OF ALL the few guest parking spots are often painted over and turned into a new spot for new tenants who then have less guest spots for themselves, they just don't know it yet. A spot you could park in yesterday will get you towed away today. Cost of towing: $175.0 first day $100.0 per day thereafter and no culpability for damage to your vehicle (common.)
