First off I will say the food is good, it's why they get 2 stars, it's far and few that you get good Dim Sum and Chinese food, with that being said

I have never seen disorganization like these people ever.

They are always rude, and rush you, no sooner do you get your soup, your main course is coming, ask for something, you get an attitude or told they need to check and see if they have enough.

Went there mothers day, and they had everyone waiting in the waiting area and outside in the heat, while empty seats were there, and I mean, the restaurant was empty, because their kitchen was backed up with taking to go orders.

To have people waiting uncomfortably while they catch up is just bad customer service, and when asked why? they didn't want people asking where the service was, when they explained it all to us.

The food is good, but, not worth the rudeness you have to endure, definitely off my list.

i no every time i eat from there i have a spliting headaches maybe to get back at the war we did to them i dont trust them they are fooling us never go back to them cancer no dought every time dont trust them!

My family has been going to Toa Toa for more than 10 years and we love it everytime. The first time we went I had a list of recommended dishes to order. Since then we've been adding our own favorites. It helps if you love shrimp because a lot of the dim sum dishes are made with shrimp. Try the stuffed eggplant or the minced scallops. So good.
