Provided by YP.comHi-Tech Appliance was VERY professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and efficient. The technician checked-in by phone to confirm their arrival time, was in contact with staff at their office, and he even instantly removed shoes when entering our house! It was an excellent and extremely smooth experience from start to finish.

Our dryer stopped heating and they were able to come a day after we called them. The technician was able to come ahead of schedule. He discussed the problem and checked the venting to make sure it didn't cause the failure. Eric was professional and courteous in our home.

Provided by YP.comI would rather take a bullet to the head than use this company again!!! the owner was a complete JERK and they don't even deserve the star I gave them!!!!! I would NEVER use or recommend this company to ANYONE even my worst enemy.
