I don't recommend Bailey for these reasons:

1. Concerns on this dentist's competence,

2. The way their office manager treated me, and

3. Unethical billing practice.

It's really unfortunate to have to write this review because we've been with Dr. Bailey for a decade so I feel that we've gained a good rapport with him, Stephanie at the front desk, and the other staff. However I never would have imagined feeling so much tension with our own dental practice. Stacie (his wife) was extremely rude to my mother and I when we brought up some concern with a $70 charge after I had called in a few hours ahead of my appointment to possibly reschedule. She was adamant about not reversing the charge, as we have cancelled a total of 7 appointments in the past (out of the 4 people in my family, over the span of 10 years). She later e-mailed me asking that I needed to schedule a follow up and asking if there was something they did to "displease us," so I responded explaining my concern about how they seemed a bit punitive, but that we're happy to remain loyal customers. She e-mailed me back telling us to find a dental practice that does not mind missing appointments, and gave us our release forms. Ouch. I highly do not recommend Superior Dental.

We are SOOOOO Happy with Dr. Bailey and his staff!

I'm not sure why the previous reviewer left the feedback that they did, but we are VERY happy with Dr. Bailey and his staff. My son and daughter started seeing him at around age 3 and LOVE to go to the dentist now! We have been patients of his since neighbors referred us to Dr. Bailey when we moved here in 2006. Great location, early hours and their hygenist is the best. My wife and I have had several teeth fixed and each visit has been easier than the first. We will stay with Dr. Bailey even if our insurance changes.

Average skill, terrible service

Dr. Bailey has average or slightly below average skill, but the service is terrible and they tend to overcharge. His office manager Stacie (his wife) easily gets angry when you start asking explanations for the charges. Request everything in writing, because they can easily lie to your face that they told you so.
