Absolute TOTAL nightmare!!!!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!
I was totally misled by Kelly about the phone i was purchasing. She CLEARLY was only interested in SELLING me a phone. She lied about other phones that i might have been interested in just so i would purchase a phone and leave her store. She misrepresented that her store was a direct Verizon store when it was not. So when i decided i wanted to exchange the phone within 14 days, i had to drive all the way back to Superior CO from Cheyenne Wyoming to return the phone. Then, when i returned the phone on May 18th, the device payment plan was never removed. So i called the Superior store and spoke with the manager, on June 8th, Carla, who was rude and she assured me that the device payment plan would be removed in 24-48 hours. SIX DAYS LATER, the device payment plan was not removed. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. THEY ARE TRUE SALES PEOPLE WHO DO NOT REALLY CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS!
