It is surprising that providing poor customer service and inferior workmanship; coupled with an attitude would make customers want to go back to a business. This was my experience with Bear Shoe/Gopher. I will take my business to a place where they take pride in there work and don't get short with customers; even if that means I have to go a distance to get this kind of customer service. After my terrible experience with this business they will not see a penny of my money again.

Came in to have my boot fixed and was told that they never did this type of fix before and to go watch YouTube videos and fix it my self.

I bought a pair of boots from Bear in March. I had a problem with the boots 9 months later so I brought them back to Bear and they gave me a new pair boots.
