Serice was great, they're very friendly and they pickup your car. But I had them replace all 4 of my rotors with the brakes of course. The rotors cost me 315, I've had them for 3 weeks and now they are covered in orange rust. I called them and they say they went out and looked at them while I was working. They called 2 days later stating that it's normal and if I didn't want rust I should've bought coated ones. They never offered me coated ones when they put them on so now I'm stuck with bright orange rotors that you can see from across the parking lot.

Had some work done on my van. He replaced the engine in my van and when I picked it up, it had a blown head gasket in the new engine. He told me to bring it back and he would take a look at it.



He said he pulled the valve covers off, but the corrosion on the bolts shows that he never touched them. He then handed me the key and told me, and I quote, "It probably won't start, but here's the key."



This whole process took just shy of THREE months.

I recently had my car repaired there (brakes and tires) and the service was great. They picked up my car from my work and had it serviced and returned to my work by the end of business day. The staff was polite and work was thorough. They even followed up a week later to make sure that everything was good and to see if I was satisfied with what they had done.
