Terrible customer service and dated venue. We rented the Elks, Superior, 9/11/21, and dressed it up for our wedding reception. Unfortunately our party was running a bit past our contracted time of 8 pm. Sandy and the bartender, actly rudely, intimidating our vendors to remove their items & pressuring our guests to leave. The bartender turned on the lights while some of our guest remained and the band was still playing. It was 8 pm. Terrible customer service, intimidating behavior and zero compassion from representatives of the Elks Lodge Superior. If you decide to rent the venue, be sure to extend your contract to the very end so the staff doesn't, rudely, shut down your party. The price is the same ending your party at 8 pm or 11 pm.
