Terrible customer service and food. $17.95 per person buffet, and te food was nearly empty (on a Friday night!). While the food was hot, it was inedible due to being too salty, too sweet, or too dry. A lot of the trays were completely empty at only 6:30pm. We tried our first plate of food, and couldn't even get through it. Complained to the waitress, thinking maybe more food was on the way out. She said there was nothing she could do, and we had to pay full price. We spoke to the owners, they basically told us to pay and leave, interrupting when we tried to explain that we had not even eaten our first plate of food. Waste of money and incredibly frustrating.

For being in a small city, the lunch buffet at Joe's Pagoda is better than those in large cities. The food is fresh, rich, and piping hot. Best of all, there's a wide selection of it for a great price.

Good Food, decent prices and never very busy. Staff is friendly and it's in a great location near many chain stores.

The food at the regular lunch and dinner buffet is avarage, but the deal they got going on Friday nights is one of the best around! Like 12 bucks for all you can eat snow crab (and good sized too, not like most Chinese places) and regular buffet items. Fortunatly, very few know about this, so there are no long "casino buffet" type lines, just walk up and fill your plate! I just left the area, so I am passing the place on to whomever would enjoy it.
