They are a great rental company to work with, really good people and very accommodating!

Awesome staff! I am not sure what happened to Tom or Landon, but my experience with NRR has been awesome! They are always friendly and the apartment was painted when I moved in so that was nice! They were very helpful in explaining everything in my lease when I signed. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a nice apartment.

Good company to deal with, if you can handle being lied to time after time. Every time you go into their office you deal with a new or different employee that doesn't know what they are dealing with, and has to get someone else to help you. When we moved out we were charged almost $900 in damage that by law in considered normal wear and tear. Which legally can not be charged to a renter when you move out of a property. We had a broken window in one of the rooms that was broken to being installed incorrectly and they charged us over $150 to have it fixed, to make that issue better we spent the most of the winter without an actual window. Just a piece of pink insulation in place of the window. which did noting to keep the cold air our. all in all do not rent from northland rental. Their properties are nice because they charge your whole deposit upon move out to redo the entire place, and it has not happened just to us, every person i ever know who rented from them had the same issue. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY

A couple of times we had abunch of backups with the sewer lines. The first time sewage was coming up in the shower & wasnt draining and neither was the toilet ! the so called "Maintenance Man " answered & was very hateful & hung up on me. Then he called back i explained what happened & he said oh well its not overflowing so we can fix it tomorrow which i replied no it needs to be fixed tonight because we cannot use the toilets because they are not functioning & sewage is coming up through the shower. After who knows how long he came to the house ,told us that he thought a sock got stuck in the line from the washing machine ! He then proceeded to tell us that he wasnt a professional ! WHAT ? he leaves & calls & says we will be out in the morning to fix it which i talked to the landlord while on the phone with him and demanded it be fixed bc she could not leave us through the night without a working toilet and shower that had sewage in it. A few days later sewage literally exploded out of the toilet in the basement ! After calling for over two hours we finally get a call back after sending pics to them showing them the problem with the raw sewage all over the basement floors & walls . The landlord had a plumber come out he waited 45 minutes to get a call back from her to call in another team. this was at about 8:45pm when she finally called back and said someone was on the way . 12:00 am no one had still showed up so we called back and we were told again that someone was on there way. When this plumber showed up he said they had literally just called him not even 20 minutes ago !. So i called and called her & asked when the cleaning crew would be out because the house was smelling extremely aweful and asked if no one could come out to please put us up in a hotel and out of the house cause we had kids and a dog and it was a biohazard to breathe in that stuff. No answer , no call back so we had no choice but to clean up all of the raw sewage by ourselfs. We got a text in the morning saying someone would be out monday to clean it up !!! She was expecting us to live in a house with raw sewage all weekend .I called Northland Rental Resources office explained how upset i was with there customer service, asked to set up a meeting with the owner because i thought we at least deserved something off our rent since we had to clean up the raw sewage ourselves. So no call back again. I called one last time spoke to one of the workers saying the landlord would not meet with us & her reply would be coming from her attorney ! Funny thing is we never recieved anything from her attorney & thats because she just wanted us to stop calling. So we are about to move out of this god forsaken hell hole because our lease is finally up so if your ready for the real fun stuff as to why else you should not rent from her or this company here it is !
