Worst customer service I've had over the phone! Get. Different job if you don't like dealing with other people.

I had been a long time customer at Simko, Superior. Until yesterday when the tattooed blonde lady and the counter admitted that the guy in the back purposely tried to rip me off because the "boss must have been looking over his shoulder" and then wouldn't help me correct the mistake saying, "you have to go argue with those guys, it's not my job" and then insulting me by saying I "needed my hand held" in front of other co-workers and customers and calling me "pitiful". I WILL NEVER GO BACK!
