Tis is a copy of the review I posted in Chamber of Commerce: I have to say, I called this company by mistake. I had heard of another that I was going to try, but looking online, I put down the phone number of Everything Computers. When I called and explained my problem, I was told they should be able to help me. Carried my wife's dead PC in and talked with the young man and was assured they wouldn't do anything without my approval, after the free diagnosis. When we talked about the original problem and fix, I asked about installing a solid state drive. They offered a "bundled price". We agreed and I am very pleased. I will probably take my tower in this week to have a solid state drive installed. This is one mistake I am glad I made.

My laptop computer that I use to work from home crashed on a Friday evening. I called and spoke with their technician Ryan on Saturday morning and told him about the problem. He asked me to bring it in, and he would look at it. I brought it to him, and he assured me that he would get back to me on Monday with a solution since they are closed on Sunday . True to his word, Ryan called on Monday and verified that the unit's hard drive had crashed. He suggesting either trying to fix it, replace the hard drive, or purchase a new computer. After consideration, I told him on Tuesday to please try to fix it, and if that didn't work to replace the hard drive. It was not repairable, so on Wednesday I asked him to replace it. He was able to replace the hard drive and recover some of my programs from the old hard drive so that I was able to pick the unit back up by Friday. He was extremely courteous, friendly, and professional. Since I use the computer for work and the company requires documentation for a repair so that I would not be penalized for missed time, I asked Ryan to please send me an email with a copy of the invoice and a description of the repairs to provide to my company, and he did so with no questions asked. He even assisted me a week later when a software issue arose adapting to my company's new reservation system. He was a lifesaver as I was not able to afford a new computer and may have had to look for a new job without his help. Thank you Ryan!

I took in my notebook because it wouldn't charge anymore. I was told that a new piece for my charger had been ordered and would be in within 3 to 5 business days. A week later when I called the guy told me that the wrong part came in so he was waiting on the correct part. I called a week later and he said that he was still waiting for the part and it should be in within a day or two. A week later I called and was told that the part was on backorder. I was upset that nobody had called me to let me know anything and whenever I called the prior two weeks I was told that the part was on the way. I had lost 3 weeks of work by then. I told the guy that I was going to be in to pick up my notebook and he put me on hold. When he returned, he informed me that my notebook had to be put back together and there would be a charge. There was no reason for my notebook to be taken apart when the problem was my charger! I obviously tripped him up because he thought that he was talking to someone who was stupid and he could fool. Once he realized that I knew what I was talking about he said that I could pick up my notebook free of charge. I am thankful for the no charge because I had to pay someone else to fix whatever Everything Computers did when they took apart my notebook for no reason!

I came in to get my PC fixed and I was very satisfied with the service by Patrick storey and I definitely will recommend to my friends and co workers to go and get there TV. and their PC what ever else needs fixing go there .. Thank u so much Patrick .. :)
