Dealing with these guys was the worst experience of any kind of transaction I have ever made in my life. While traveling across the country I had the misfortune of having a transmission issue and took my car here. I was told I needed a rebuild and it would take 3 days maximum. After 5 days I got a call on a Friday a few minutes before closing time so I couldn't pick it up when anyone was there. They told me they test drove it and it was ready to pick up. The transmission immediately made a horrible sound, after 50 miles I had to turn around and come back. I had to ship my car across the country, ended up buying a used transmission for 1/3 of the price I paid for the rebuild and had the dealer install it. I still have the souvenir of a useless transmission rebuilt by these guys in my garage. I have never complained online about any other transaction. Be warned, especially if you are from out of town.

First, I would like to start out saying it's hard to trust automotive shops. I brought my 2003 trailblazer with 97,000 miles to this shop, because I needed to have my transmission rebuilt. This company rebuilt my transmission and I thought okay I'm good now. I was out of town so my son picked my car up. He calls and tells me my vehicle is vibrating really bad. I get home Saturday evening, and drives my car. It is vibrating really bad. Bright and early Monday morning I call the shop. I was told to bring it back in, so I did. I get a call and was told I needed two motor mounts. Here were I have a problem, first of all u tell me trained mechanic's didn't noticed my vehicle vibrating when they test drove it once the transmission was rebuilt. Secondly my vehicle was vibrating at all when I dropped it off.... NOW I AM UPSET THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THIS. I will never recommend this shop to anyone. NEVER!!!!! $2900.. Always get a second or even third opinion.

These guys do a great work and with reasonably priced with a fantastic warranty. They have gained my family auto repair for life.
