Very affordable, nice showers and grounds. Would recommend to others. We have been here 4 months and have enjoyed our stay

This place is a real toilet, management is lazy owner is a slumlord! Permanent residents fighting ALL hours of the night and management refuses to do anything about it. Dirty smelly loud from fighting tenants not much rest at this place and the rent is high. Trains run right next to this park and ALL night long you hear them and there horns blowing. Bathrooms are dirty never have towels for your hands after washing and if you have to go better bring your own toilet paper cause they DO NOT stock that either!

RENTERS BEWARE!!!

Too many permanent residents in this park, leaking septic tanks that the manager refuses to take action about, showers are nasty, constantly need cleaning but only get cleaned about two-three times a month. I've seen people get evicted for sitting outside and having a beer and being social with neighbors here. Wouldn't recommend to anybody!!
