Best gym in the Surprise area. My wife and I have been gym shopping for a while now here in the Surprise, AZ area. We just moved here from Colorado to the Marley Park area.



We first heard about this gym from a neighbor we just recently met near our home. They had alot of great things to say about this place, but I had to see if it was all true with my own eyes.



This place is really great from being greeted with a smiling welcome at the front desk to the non pushy sales staff. They really have everything you need when it come to working out here. I was blown away by the free weight area they have. My wife loves to take the classes here. They offer a bunch of different classes. She is excited to try them all. She also likes to use the machines weights and cardio equipment also.



I love how this gym is located off the beaten path, as a result they never get over crowed or busy to the point I would have to wait to use something.



If you have not done so already, you definitely need to check this gym out.



"This is Surprises' best kept secret!" I am enjoying is not being packed while I can, once more people find out about this place, it will for sure be busy. :)

Wow! This place is very nice. They have tons of equipment and machines to choose from. I am shocked more people don't come here. They are very clean and the personnel here are really friendly. I am glad I found this place. I am very impressed and my wife and kids lot it here. My wife takes classes and runs on the treadmills, I like to use a lot of the machines and the free weight area here is amazing. They have more than I need. My kids do to the kid care here and also like to take the kids bootcamp classes. This is Surprises' best kept secret. If you don't know about this place you definitely should go check it out. If you have heard of this place, well... Then you already know all the great things about it.

Worst gym ever. This place is a joke. Their business model is exactly what the Planet Fitness ads mock. From terrible administration to the lack of transparency, and at times bold face lying from the membership counselors, this place is a shakedown. The BS contracts and "upgrades" are a sham. they will impulse you, much like car salesman on deals that won't last long and how they're gonna help you out by giving you a "deal". It's not long before you realize they didn't do a damn thing to "help" you out. They're all about making you part with as much money as possible. Usually when you pay for something, services are rendered. However if you sign a contract for PT and can no longer honor that contract due to financial reasons, you forfeit any remaining sessions you have already paid for i.e. you just donated money to the gym. In my case it was $480 I handed over. That's more than I paid for a whole year at my other gym, Knockout Fitness (which is an amazing place). At the top of the year, I "upgraded" from 1 session a month to 4 for $160 a month on top of my $29.95 monthly membership fee. The associate led me to believe he was giving me a deal and this turned out to be BS. To put things into perspective, an hour of PT is $50 therefore a half hour would be $25. I was led to believe that I was getting hour sessions for $40 since I was buying in bulk. Turns out that they had me down for half hour sessions. How does that even add up? I was paying MORE and getting less with this 'sweet deal" that he set me up with. I never got to redeem any sessions anyway because of my cancellation in May. It's probably for the best though anyway. I had a good trainer but he seemed to need more from me as well (money under the table for sessions on the side, gas money, etc.). I'm not a f***ing lotto winner. Geez! TOTAL RIP OFF!! You've been warned.

The gym is very clean. The staff is very friendly!!! I use this gym every week and my husband is there almost every day of the week! I tell everyone about this gym and tell everyone I know to come check it out!
