This was horrible customer service and I was ripped off by 325.00 in my gold and silver! And they pay PENNY WEIGHT...I.E. RIP OFF BY PENNIES ON THE DOLLAR, Recommend going to C & C, pay TOP dollar AND by the ounce NOT penny weight, which means LOTS more money for your jewelry and silver!! Man was rude AND made me pay 30% when he "held" it for me when I found out they ripped me off!!! DO NOT GO THERE, THEY ARE NOT PAWN SHOP BUT THAT IS THE TREATMENT AND PAY YOU WILL BE PAID 1/3 OF THE VALUE...NOT EVEN THAT!! JUST TRY SOMEWHERE THAT DOES NOT USE PENNYWEIGHT ANY LONGER, YOU SHOULD BE PAID BY THE OUNCE OR GRAM...TRUE GOLD AND SILVER PRICES!!
