I really can't say enough about this practice. Prior to my visit, I was in excruciating pain in my leg for the past several days. As a typical man, I avoid the doctor at all cost. Having no idea what was going on, I was nearly at a point where chopping it off seemed like the lesser of two evils. Finally breaking down (my wife made me), I went to see my primary care doctor who only prescribed medication... but I am not a huge fan of medication. No real diagnosis other than muscle spasms. The doctor also said I might consider a massage and/or acupuncture. Right across the parking lot I found (my wife found…) Honu Integrative Healing. I called her at 4pm in dire need of help. I was at the point where I couldn't walk. I was desperate. I called around 4pm to see if we can go right over but no dice. Unfortunately she had left for the day but to my amazement, offered to come back in an hour or so and she would see me. Taking time away from her family, Katie dropped everything and worked on my muscle spasms and sciatica for nearly 2 hours. I walked in barely able to walk and I walked out with relief. I woke up the next morning virtually pain free. She is some kind of miracle worker. I owe this woman so much for what she was able to do. Let’s just say I highly recommend this business.

Completely life changing experience! Acupuncture was incredibly effective and Katie is an amazing professional. A truly remarkable experience with this company! I can't recommend highly enough!!
