Longhorn Steakhouse in Surprise the food sucks! we ordered appetizer the chips were floating in oil. Twice they tried to cook it its still greasy. My sandwich was burnt my chicken is over cooked on the top but under cooked under. We waited for about more than an hour for our food but left of not eating. All we had is,iced tea and lemonade. We decided not to come back again. Expensive and its not worth it.

We go weekly for our hamburger because quality beef is used and it's cooked exactly as we like it. And too, whenever Taylor Pense sees us, she knows exactly what it is that we like. She puts the order in immediately even though we were surprised to hear that she's not a server. She's excellent, very friendly and would be a great addition to your serving staff. We also go about twice a month for dinner. Loved the pork shanks but they are no longer on the menu--weep-weep.
