This place is mediocre at best. The food was nothing you would expect for the prices you are being asked to pay. The service is nice enough but sometimes just being enough does not cut it. When you are going to put "New York" in your name, you better bring something special to the table. What was brought to my table was food that could be found at a little leage game's concession stand for triple the price. When you order a "grilled" cheese and it comes to you soggy with processed cheese you can be certain you will not have return customers. Putting sandwiches on your menu that are staples in the "Big Apple" they should in fact be quality sandwiches made from quality bread that ensure the guests are getting an actual "New York Flavor". I'd like to say "nice try" but what I will say is "find a better bread supplier, hire more attentive staff and give guests a more "east coast flavor". Otherwise they will be buying $5 footlongs and you'll be going out of business.
