We enjoy year round activities including golf, hiking, biking, baseball, resort style recreation facilities, family entertainment, shopping, charming restaurants and more! As a licensed Real Estate Broker for over 25 years, my husband and I became interested in Surprise, AZ after visiting our friends here over the past 10 years. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, my husband, Don Tuttle, a retired Army veteran, found the Arizona climate helped ease some of his aches and pains so we made the move and havent looked back since! There is literally so much to do out here! From local bands and live entertainment to some of the best restaurants in the country, my husband and I have enjoyed it all! Truly, nothing beats this weather! Sure, there are a few hot months, but that is why they invented air conditioning! When it gets too hot, a quick drive 2 hours north to Flagstaff and you are in the beautiful ponderosa pine trees enjoying the crisp mountain air! Better yet, lets hit the lake! Phoenix has 6 area lakes to serve the community along with the Salt River and Gila River recreation areas, all within a hour or so drive! There you can enjoy a bit of hiking, mountain biking, swimming, boating, kayaking, and more! This is literally an adult play land!
