I was quite disappointed with the lack of professionalism. I had called Village at West Point for a furnished, short term lease, while our house is in the building process. I spoke at first to a very nice person who gave me all the information and a quote. Over the next few days I tried several times to call to confirm. All I got was a voice mail, so I left messages...and messages. Finally I got through and spoke with Sunny, and just 3 or 4 days since my original inquiry, the price had gone up over 300.00 per month. I told her what the other rep had quoted, she responded "Oh, well our prices change all the time." When I explained I had not only called and left messages, but had even emailed the site with no response, she said "Oh, that's alright" I politely explained that due to the lack of professionalism, we wouldn't be needing their services.
