Very pleased! A lot of work has been done over the past few months including upgrades to the grounds, additional security cameras and additional lighting.

NEW Management resolved and has made DRASTIC improvements to facility. I actually look forward to going!!

My storage shed was damaged by someone backing into it. A piece was broken off, leaving a gap big enough that I could fit my arm into it. I moved my stuff as far out of reach as I could and called the management, requesting it be fixed. No response. After months of calling and getting no response, I finally caught up with the manager in person. Instead of offering to get it fixed, he told me I was a "thorn in his side" and threatened to evict me for being uncooperative. Shame on me for wanting my stuff safe and secure like I was paying for! After months of having my stuff left to the elements and critters, I moved out. As I was moving out to store my stuff with another company, it was repaired. (but I doubt it was for my benefit, as the previous weekend several neighboring shed had been broken into) Not safe and secure. Not a company I would do business with ever again.
