This apartment building is under new management and is much better than it used to be. The upgrades are nice and management is responsive. A great place to live now. Very grateful.

This has been my home for about a year now. I really like the hardwood allure floors - easy to keep clean and look classy. The management is responsive and grounds are well kept. For the price, I am very satisfied.

If you are looking into juniper arms apartments I do not recommend them. The apartment was not clean when I moved in. Most of the electrical plugs were installed by amateurs so they are upside down and some of them don't work. The apartments are cold in the winter time even with the heater set to 70. I have had issues with the water heater they have sent maintenance 3 times and it is still not fixed. 6 days without hot water is unacceptable. Overall this place is noisy, and falling apart. I do not recommend it for anybody.

the landlord is rude and mean she give everyone dirty look she have spy that tell her everything someguy got kick out just becust the cops was call on him and kids are not aload to be loud inside are outside are she will tell u to keep them down are you will be kick out if thay keep being loud and there is a new fix up apts with new everything in them is newand thay are not going to let plople who dont have has kids and/or pets move in them all the apts are 2bed and 1bath the depost to move in is $400 but if u want pets is anuther $300 per pets and the late fee start at $30 and go u $3 a day affer the 5th of the month and if you need repair she say it your fault that the repair need done and the landlord yell at you even if you are onley short on rent even if you onley $2 are less short on it live here is like liveing in hell now who would want to live in hell.................. i did not like liveing there when i did i will never move back to those apts unless thay get a new landlord any one who move there is crazy i think everyone should move out of there intell thay get a new landlord the one thay have now is very rude
