David Foyil will take your money, charge you for work that has never been done, he charges one client over $3100 to make a file. regularly misses deadlines and has cases (bankruptcy) dismissed due to his negligence. he forgot to file a motion and the result was that an old womans car was in jeapardy of reposession. David Foyil blamed it on the client and told her to hid her car to protect it from reposession. one client has had his drivers license, and busines license revoked and his bank account levied for no other reason than David Foyil didn't bother to do anything until it was too late.
