Welcome to Prince of Peace Catholic Church! We are a community of faith here in Flowery Branch, a Roman Catholic parish of the Archdiocese of Atlanta. We are aptly named because the first Mass celebrated in our first church (in Buford) was on Christmas Eve in 1975. We lived and worshiped in Buford for 30 years until 2005 when we moved to a new and much larger 65 acre campus in Flowery Branch. Also, in keeping with our name, we celebrated our first mass in Flowery Branch on Christmas Eve.We are very blessed to be here in Flowery Branch. We continue to grow in numbers and in opportunities for ministry. We hope and pray that we can respond to the needs of all of our people for worship, support, acceptance, and love. Each new person who comes to us seeking a home is a blessing from our God. It is our fervent desire to embrace all newcomers and to nurture them into the life of this parish. This can only happen when we know each other and are connected with each other. Through our relationships with each other, we can more readily embrace the Good News of Jesus Christ.
