During my time at Salude i was very happy especiall with Mr. John Mordoff from Dietary he met with me to go over foods that i liked and disliked and during my stay here i had to have dental surgery and when I got back Mr. Mordoff came and made out a meal plan for me until i was able to go back to regular foods. He checkeked on me at least every other dato make sure i was ok. The rest of the staff was very nice and willing to help me where needed. If I ever need the type care i needed this time I will be coming back to Salude. Thank you ever so much

Let me start off by saying before I ever imagined coming here I had three to four friends that stayed at salud who said very good things about this place . I'm going on two weeks at salude the therapy is phenomenal the nursing staff is professional courteous kind caring the facility is beautiful and clean and full of smiling faces and continues to get better.

I would recommend going elsewhere for your care. The facility isn't properly set up correctly for joint replacement rehab and being a nurse myself, I expected so much more. They didn't have a chair for a patient to sit in that allowed for leg elevation, which was important to my family member's rehab.
They didn't offer a lot of what is standard elsewhere.
I saw so many breaches of HIPPA. When going to visit my family, I overheard nursing assistants speaking very poorly of a patient, literally gossiping in the hallway. I witnessed call lights gone unanswered for unacceptable lengths of time. I witnessed staff speaking rudely to patients and having very little patience or not even answering their questions. There is a language barrier in many cases because there are staff members who speak broken English.
Believe the negative reviews you read, they're accurate indeed. I would never return or recommend them and suggest you look elsewhere for the care you or your loved one needs.

My mother went to Salude to recover from a hospitalization related to cardiac problems. When you tour the facility and meet the administrators it seems like a great rehab. There wasn't a lot of information about the place because it is very new. Long story short it might be a good place to rehab from an orthopedic injury but nothing medically complicated. My mother had a medical emergency and was actually MOCKED by the medical staff until she lost consciousness and they finally called EMTs. Look beyond the beautiful facility - it's lipstick on a pig.

DO NOT GO THERE!!!! This is a place waiting to get sued for injury!! It is ridiculously horrible that my mothers could not get a single nurse to answer the nurse call button and not a single person there helped her do ANYTHING!!! She had to lie in a freezing cold, wet bed from her ice pack busting until I got there to help her change and clean up the wet floor all around her bed. Also she is diabetic and not one time in the 20 hours that we were there did they check her blood sugar or administer insulin. I would not send my worse enemy there. Nice to the eye, but I felt more comfortable taking my mother home after a total knee replacement living by herself then I did leaving her there!!!
