It is very relaxing. I can understand how we build up the junk in our mind. It is no wonder that more ppl get mentally sick these days.

I've studied Religions, philosophies and practiced their methods that leave you with the underlining issues. And have proven to myself that to truly be free, one must change. And in order to change you have to be open to something different from your norm. Everything in the Universe is always in a constant state of change. Just as every cell in our bodies are always becoming or evolving with the natural flow of being we never stop growing, we never stop learning. From birth we use our five senses to create our own reality of mental snapshots or pictures that we have an Emotional l attachment to according to how we felt based on our perceptions at that moment of the experience and formed our own program that we follow consistently without fail because it’s what we know. Those pictures that are layered with emotions both positive and negative support our understanding of a false representation of whom and what we are. I'm in Level 2 and Maum Meditation Method has helped me to really know myself, when I began Maum meditation my life opened up and improved on so many levels it’s amazing. The helpers devotion to create a atmosphere of peace and acceptance for all to learn was a new experience for me, there is no select few as we are all treated the same and with so many perceptions about ourselves that’s not easy. While Subtracting my pictures and emotions that I had associated as a child opened my mind to the reality that the human mind is strong, it's tricky with layers on top of layers with my agreements to what I considered to be true for me. When I throw away my false then the only thing that remains is the truth. And that is the only way to experience true happiness, it’s so simple and I’m grateful for the method.
