Last night was the absolute WORST night to be at your establishment. I understand you were busy and I expected you to be, but the female manager that was there was extremely rude and our waitress "LEXI" pretty much ignored us the entire time. She forgot one of my friend's orders and had to retake it..it took her an hour and a half to bring the food out to him, after we had to mention it to the male manager on duty. She forgot our appetizers and after an hour of waiting came up to us and said: : Oh you didn't see me standing around holding the food asking who it belonged to"..to make matters even worse we only ordered appetizers and drinks due to the disrespect of the female manager, and after complaining never got a single refill on our drinks until the male manager stopped by again...we wasted $20 for the cover charge, which wouldn't have been a waste had we received better service...we have visited this location before and been treated with respect and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves...last night I felt completely the opposite...disrespected...ignored...and ripped off. It's sad that things went this way and I strongly recommend that you do better with the next big event OR just don't promote it... you guys dropped the bomb big time...smh

We moved to the area about a month ago. Second time at this establishment... second time walking out. Very disappointed in the service---or lack thereof!

Fish and chips Chris golden brown on the outside soggy mess on the inside.Fries were limp soggy. If you Cant prepare bar food GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN!!

The food is terrible and the service is even worse. Wouldn't recommend this place to my worse enemy.

This place is the worst! I went on the second day and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger. The burger had no cheese when it came out. After sending it back for cheese, my medium-well burger was under cooked; Really? Cooking a burger the easiest thing to do. Needless to say, I sent it back...again. I refused to wait for another burger. I wasn't impressed at all.



Today, I was invited back by co-workers; been open for 5 days now. We had no tableware, the food took forever, we had to wait 25 minutes just to ask for our check and cash out! Ridiculous. The table beside us was waiting for over 45 for their SALADS! Management is clueless. They don't seem to care or they'd fix these "kinks."



Save your money and your time. Or if you go, don't expect to have your glass topped off, someone to ask if you need anything else, or for your food to come out as ordered. It's not happening at this place. It's the same as Hooters; semi-beautiful girls with no idea on how to give good service & below average food...



Go down the street to Marlowe's Tavern or Arena Tavern. Food is better, service is far superior and the ladies are still attractive. But don't go here, you'll regret it! I did. i gave one star onlt becasue I couldn't give a negative star.
