My husband and I purchased a 2012 Ford F-150 at the end of October after waiting several weeks for the truck to be ready to be picked up. Upon leaving the dealership my husband realized that there were issues with the air conditioning. We contacted the sales associate immediately via text explaining what was going on. Instead of texting in response he called me and assured me that they would fix it. For the next week I would text to check in and he would always call and give an excuse as to why he hasn’t reached out to me, “shop is busy, hadn’t heard back from the mechanic, down two mechanics”, and the list goes on but he always assured me it would be made right. I texted him again this morning after realizing how long it had been since our last correspondence and I was left on read with no response. Not only are we dealing with an air conditioning issue, we also discovered a poorly patched rust spot after being told there was no presence of rust. We are now faced with $2,000 in body repairs and however much the air conditioning will cost after dropping $20,000 on a truck. I am incredibly dissatisfied with the handling of the situation and would never ever recommend this dealership!
