This place is horrible, the service is very unfriendly, the food is terrible, I give them less than a year before they are closed. I have been twice, giving them a second chance was not worth it. My cheese was not even melted, i got the wrong order anyway, i don't just write reviews for bad experiences , I also write good ones, but this place needs a make over , new management or to just close

Our favorite restaurant. Earlier this year they did go through a tough spot where the service sucked but we are back to eating there at least twice a month. Wonderful!!

Have been to other restaurants and have yet to find one locally that have good quality food and is clean as Las Ficas . Have ate here several times and haven't had a bad experience as of yet . Yes sometimes you have to wait when it is busy . But that is everywhere now days . The home made salsa and quacamole is very good and so is anything on the menu . Since eating here I will never go back to Elzarape . Well worth the drive

The food is good, however, it is always something that you didn't order. They serve things you don't want and play like they don't understand what your problem is. The first 2 trips to this place was a disappointment. My order was messed up on both visits. I thought that my 3rd trip would be different. It wasn't. They rely on the tourist trade, so they care less what you think. And to top it all, after I was ready to leave, they tried to give our kids extra suckers to compensate. That is my last trip to this place. Hello, Taco Bell.
